Our History and Organization
Since 1984, AtPac has played an extraordinary role in the preservation of land records and security of land ownership history. Our values, efforts and team spirit firmly established the company’s celebrated reputation for customer’s service and customer satisfaction. The primary focus of the company since its inception has been state and local government. Within state and local government the company has focused on the land records, vitals, and registration departments. As part of the land recording process AtPac developed its document management software in 1985.
AtPac’s mission is to provide the best suite of software for Clerks and Recorders possible, coupled with exemplary Customer Service that our customers know they can count on. We believe that our job is to provide process improvements, specifically to make workflows more efficient for our customers and their organizations and to always promptly be there when our customers need service.
